At Silky Oak Psychology, we draw on a range of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness.
